Am I A Class Member?
The class that Judge Johnson certified in the Whitaker case includes all current and former employees of 3M who were
√ age 46 or older when employed by 3M in Minnesota
√ at any time from May 10, 2003, through the present
√ in a salaried, exempt position below PS grade180 (grade 18) or L3, and
√ who did not sign a release of claims
If you fall within the definition, you are likely a class member and will receive a notice that tells you about your rights. We do not know when notices will be sent, but will post the information on this website when it is available.
