Gender DiscriminationOur cases show that gender discrimination can impact women at every level in a workplace and that gender discrimination appears in many forms. In our cases, employers have steered women to lower paying jobs, denied them promotions, deprived women of leads and opportunities given to men, allowed employees to treat women as sex objects rather than colleagues, paid them less money, criticized women for qualities usually praised in men, and fired them unfairly. Gender discrimination can also include discrimination against men and same gender harassment if based on sex. Gender Discrimination in Employment CasesAubrecht v. Taylor - Closed Augst-Johnson v.
