Dan Bryden

"Too many employers ignore the rights of their employees under federal and state law. Employees need quality representation to stand up to their employers when they have been unlawfully denied fair treatment. Sprenger & Lang has the experience and personnel to handle complex class actions and bring the law to bear on illegal discrimination."

Dan Bryden is an associate with Sprenger + Lang in our Minneapolis Office. Prior to joining our firm, Dan practiced law as a business litigator for six years at Kelly & Berens, P.A. where he enjoyed extensive experience with high-stakes litigation. Dan also has experience in reviewing, enforcing and litigating non-compete agreements.  Dan joined Sprenger + Lang in September 2006 to pursue his interest in civil rights and employment law. Dan’s current case responsibilities include 3M, C.H. Robinson, and the Department of Education, which is a consumer lawsuit that was filed in 2007. Dan was selected as a “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics in 2007 and 2008.

Dan received his B.A. magna cum laude in psychology from the University of Minnesota in 1995, and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2000.

He was a member of the Civil Rights Moot Court and Student Director of the Worker’s Compensation and Social Security Disability Clinic while in law school.   Before law school, Dan worked as an advocate for the mentally ill in south Minneapolis.

Please contact Dan if you would like him to review an executive compensation or non-compete agreement that has been presented to you.
