AttorneysDeanna Dailey“Fighting for justice is not a cliché for me. People need advocates to help them understand their rights – including their rights to a just workplace and to be treated fairly in their dealings with corporations. As an attorney at Sprenger + Lang, I am proud to help people stand up for their rights and make corporations accountable. The process of achieving justice benefits employees, consumers and, ultimately, employers and our economy.” Deanna Dailey is an associate with Sprenger + Lang in its Minneapolis office. She has experience in class actions and complex litigation, including collective actions involving employee wage and hour claims. Before joining Sprenger + Lang, Deanna practiced law for six years at the firm of Larson King, where she also represented plaintiffs in mass tort cases and served as acting court-appointed liaison counsel for a multidistrict product liability pharmaceutical litigation involving personal injury claims. Prior to associating with law firms, Deanna served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judges Tony N. Leung and Tonya Kozicky of the District Court, Fourth Judicial District in Minneapolis. Deanna’s responsibilities at Sprenger + Lang include C.H. Robinson, Department of Education, TV Writers' Cases and Hill v. Republic of Iraq + Vine v. Republic of Iraq. Deanna received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine and her Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Minnesota law school in 1999. Her peers have voted her a “rising star” in the legal profession three different years in elections conducted by the Minnesota Law and Politics Magazine. |
