Interested Persons

You may be visiting this website because you know something about one of our open cases. You may be a current or former employee of a defendant or you may have had experiences like those of the plaintiffs in those cases.

You should call if you want to share what you know or what you have experienced with us. This kind of information can be very helpful in prosecuting a case and identifying those who have been harmed.

Two cautions:

1. We cannot and will not discuss or receive what is called "attorney-client privileged" information. This means that if you received or had access to information or documents from a defendant’s in-house attorneys or external attorneys, you should not provide the information or documents to us. If you call, please tell us right away that you have had access to attorney-client privileged communications. We will be sure to exclude those privileged communications from our conversation.
2. If you are currently employed by the defendant in a managerial role, special rules may apply to whether you can have any communications with us. Please identify yourself as a current manager before providing us with any information.
